Chief Executive Officer
Izzy Fried has been a trial attorney in New York City, handling many high‑profile cases. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Izzy spent 2.5 years as a paratrooper in the Israeli Defense Forces. He is an NRA‑certified firearms instructor, a tactics instructor with ITC Training Company, and a supervisor/team member of a 501(c)(3) all‑volunteer armed security‑guard company that provides licensed and insured embedded security for houses of worship, schools, and community centers. Additionally, Izzy is a former New Jersey Search‑and‑Rescue Team volunteer.
David Taller
Chief Financial Officer
With 20+ years of experience in the security and firearms industries, David Taller is certified by FEMA in Emergency Management and Active‑Shooter Response, as well as in Tactical Combat Casualty Care. He also serves as a Range‑Safety Officer. A certified firearms‑and‑tactics instructor, David is the Director of Operations of the SiVis3 Guard Academy, which trains armed guards for the protection of schools and houses of worship in New York City. He resides on Long Island with his wife and four children.
Shane Fredericks
Chief Operations Officer
Drawing from 18 years in the United States Marine Corps—most of it in combat and special operations as a Reconnaissance Marine—Shane has deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa and the Pacific, excelling in everything from combat patrols to force‑protection globally. Shane’s roles included coordinating strategic key‑leader engagements, participating in Maritime Interdiction Operations and planning/executing raids. His exemplary performance earned him multiple commendations. Over his multiple tours he developed advanced reconnaissance SOPs and led multinational missions, showcasing both his leadership and adaptability in dynamic environments.
